Our Fair Trade Crafts Store charges £2.99 for each order, this is a standard charge with Royal Mail and includes packaging.
We use this standard fee as we have a large variety of items, of varying sizes, and due to the nature of Fair Trade, it is not possible to have the same stock at any one time. This means we dont know what it will cost for specific items to be shipped.
Please contact us regarding any questions you have about any purchase.
We try to be as green as we can, so please dont be offended by our recycled envelopes and shredded paper!
If your item does not reach you in perfect condition please contact us within 7 days so that we can look into the problem for you.
We do our best to ensure the items we sell are not damaged in the post, but if this occurs we will need more information from you before we can organize returns and or replacement.
Payment
www.fairtradecrafts.co.uk uses paypal as its online payment facility, this gives you payment protection. We do not hold any of your payment details apart from the email address used to pay for the crafts you have ordered.

Italy, Spain, Portgual - £ 24.90
While we have 99% of all our products in stock at all times, sometimes we do have the odd item out of stock due to the nature of these items, and delivery can be up to 14 days.

Returns
Any none faulty returns will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the purchased item, this is to cover our postage and packing fees that we provide as a service to all our customers.
